How to Use

STEP 1

Remove current insoles. Replace with Advanced Pain Relief Insoles, fabric side up. If needed, trim using the old isole as a guide.

STEP 2

Insert the left and right insoles into the correct shoes.

STEP 3

Place the heel cushion of each insert against the back oif the shoe.

STEP 4

Replace every 6-12 months or when worn out.
