How to Use It

STEP 1

Select shoe size on bottom of insole (M for men, W for women, B for Boys, G for Girls).

STEP 2

Trim insoles along appropriate guidelines with sharp scissors

STEP 3

Insert into shoe with cloth side up

Replace every six (6) months or at first signs of wear
