Wear shoes & socks that fit your feet and allow them to breath.
Wash your feet with soap and dry them thoroughly. Be sure to dry between the toes since that moist, warm environment can harbour the fungus that causes Athlete’s Foot. If you do get Athlete’s Foot, try Dr. Scholl’s® Athlete’s Foot Spray.
Keep nails trimmed straight across to help prevent ingrown nails. Improper cutting frequently causes ingrown toenails, where the corners or sides dig painfully into the skin.
